Bird Supply of New Hampshire, LLC and the Pet Stop wants your complete satisfaction with your purchases. We will accept items returned within 7 days and award a full refund of the product cost minus a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Food Items must be returned unopened for a credit unless there is a problem with the product. The delivery shipping will only be refunded if there was an error on your order or due to a faulty product.

We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error or a faulty product and we will pay the shipping back to you in this case if you want an item in exchange. If you are missing an item or received the wrong item, please let us know.

Return Procedure
Please contact us before returning any merchandise using our Contact Form or Call Tollfree 888-319-0136. We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.

We want you to be happy with every purchase and we will work with you whenever there is a problem.

Send the merchandise via UPS or USPS. Please use the original packing material. If you need assistance in shipping the merchandise back, let us know.
